Her philosophy is to meet you where you are and help you become the best version of yourself…at your pace. Cheryl lives to support people who are seeking change. She enjoys working alongside individuals and caregivers, and presenting to groups and organizations.
Cheryl was an educator turned school administrator in her former life, and is currently an active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Combining her skills as a teacher, leader, and BCBA, Cheryl can see situations from a variety of perspectives that allows her to recommend creative solutions that are also practical and achievable. Cheryl is experienced in guiding people through challenges in a way that is sensitive to their background and potential trauma.
Cheryl also has extensive training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and crisis prevention as well as experience working with mental health professionals. This provides her with a greater understanding of the complexity we all bring to the table and the importance of taking all variables into account.
